Technical checks do not predict ad approval or serving. A larger export does not recover detail missing from the source.

Logo preparation questions

Why can a high-resolution logo still look blurry?

Thin strokes and small lettering may disappear when reduced. Enlarging an existing raster file adds pixels, not the missing detail. Compare the original and prepared versions at 28 px; a simpler authorized brand mark can be more legible than a detailed wordmark.

Does meeting these checks mean Google will approve the logo?

No. Account eligibility, brand relevance and policy review are separate from file preparation. Consult Google's business information guidance for account and serving conditions.

Why do the 80% guide and circular preview differ?

The guide is square. Its corners extend outside the inscribed circle. A solid square mark may need more room at the edges; the circular preview shows the actual geometric crop of this preparation.

Does trimming remove a white background?

No. Only transparent margins are trimmed. White and other opaque pixels are kept, so the shape and colors are not guessed or recolored.

Are the guide lines included in downloads?

No. The PNG contains the prepared artwork and chosen background. The ZIP contains 1200 px and 512 px PNGs plus a preparation note. Neither output is a vector file.

Are uploaded logos sent to a server?

No. File decoding, previews and downloads take place in the browser. Reloading clears the current workspace.
